Dropzone Denmark offers a unique opportunity to obtain your USPA A-license in just one week through an intensive course that combines theory and practice.

The practical details about the skydiving course.

The course will take place from Friday, June 20th to Friday, June 27th, 2025. So, in just 8 days, you will obtain an A-license, which allows you to skydive wherever you want in the world.

It will be an intensive week, where you need to be ready to learn and jump every day. We start at 10 AM and continue until sunset, so make sure to set aside the entire 8 days for this amazing experience. The theory takes place in the morning, while in the afternoon, you'll be up in the air. If the weather doesn't cooperate, we have backup options in the form of theory lessons or packing sessions – so even on days when jumping isn't possible, you'll still make the most of your time.

The course includes:

- Theory instruction before your first jump (value 1,800 DKK)

- 14 solo jumps from 4,500 m (AFF level 1-7 with a coach) (value 1,195 - 2,195 DKK per jump)

- 1 jump from 1,800 m (AFF level 8) (value 895 DKK)

- 10 jumps from 4,500 m without an instructor (value 485 DKK per jump)

- Packing course, where you learn to pack your parachute (value 400 DKK)

- DZDK logbook and certificate (value 249 DKK)

Total value: 29,150 DKK

Your price: 23,495 DKK

You save: 5,655 DKK / approximately 20%

This means that by participating in the course, you not only obtain your license in a much shorter time than most have done, but you also get it at the lowest possible price! After you obtain your license, you can jump at much lower prices (since you can now jump without an instructor or coach).

Why choose an AFF skydiving course?

At Dropzone Denmark, our AFF (Accelerated Freefall) course is designed to provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to jump safely from an airplane. Unlike traditional static line training, where the parachute is deployed automatically, you will jump from 4.5 km (15,000 ft) from your very first jump, experiencing free fall and deploying your parachute yourself. This approach gives you more time in the air and a quicker learning curve, allowing you to become a skilled skydiver in a shorter amount of time.

Who is eligShould I have done a tandem jump before I can take a solo skydiving course?ible for a Wish Skydive?

It is a misconception that you need to have completed a tandem jump before you can take a solo skydiving course. This is not necessary – all you need is enthusiasm, courage, and a willingness to learn. However, you must be at least 16 years old, weigh no more than 110 kg while in clothes, and have a good state of health to participate.

Kristín Anný Walsh is not an experienced skydiver as she has only done one tandem jump. However, she was hired at Dropzone Denmark in 2024 to improve and streamline communication on various platforms, as well as the company's marketing and sales efforts, and keep track of the many different annual events.

She brings a unique perspective to the management team as she brings with her the experience of being new to the sport.
