Tandem skydiving on Samsø | Skydive Samsø with Dropzone Denmark

Do you dream of experiencing Samsø from the air? On 5th July 2026, Dropzone Denmark will go to Samsø Airport and hold a special pop-up event with the opportunity to do a tandem skydive from 4.5 km over the island.

We will come with our professional team, instructors, modern equipment, and all the setup needed to give you a safe and unforgettable experience in free fall. As a tandem guest, you will meet us directly in Samsø, receive a thorough briefing, and jump with an experienced tandem instructor and possibly a video jumper.

A tandem skydive in Samsø is something truly special. From the air, you will see views of the island's fields, coastline, and the sea surrounding Samsø, before you experience the rush of free fall and the peaceful parachute descent back towards the ground.

As this is a pop-up skydive event, there are only a limited number of places available. So we recommend booking well in advance if you would like to secure a spot for a tandem skydive on Samsø.

We might add more dates later in the season, but right now 5th July 2026 is the only scheduled date for tandem skydiving on Samsø.

When you book a tandem skydive on Samsø, you meet us at Samsø Airport,  Flyvervej 10, 8305 Samsø, at the scheduled time. Here you will check in, receive a brief briefing and be equipped with the necessary jump gear when it's your turn.

Depending on how the weather behaves, a tandem skydive can last from 1-3 hours - from the moment you arrive at the airfield until you leave again. The skydive itself only takes about 20-25 minutes. You will be in the airplane for about 15 minutes on the way up to 15,000 feet, have free fall for up to a minute, and then you will glide gently under the canopy for 6-8 minutes.

You jump together with a professional tandem instructor, who controls the entire skydive from start to landing. Therefore, you do not need to have experience with skydiving, or flying for that matter, to try a tandem skydive on Samsø.

You just need to show up ready for a great experience - and we will take care of the rest!

Because the event is only taking place as a pop-up in Samsø, there are fewer times than on our normal jump days in Herning.
