1. Prices

  1. All prices are in DKK incl. VAT, except for passenger transport where DKK 275 per person excl. VAT.
    Eg. a tandem jump with outside video is 3 people, i.e. that DKK 825 of the purchase price is excl. VAT.

  2. When booking a skydive, the price is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If a skydive is not carried out within this period due to delays from the customer, the customer is obliged to pay the new price in the event of a price increase.


2. Payments and deposits

  1. When booking a skydive, a deposit of DKK 500 is paid.
    The deposit is non-refundable.

  2. The customer has the option to pay the entire amount for the skydive at the time of booking.
    If only a deposit has been paid, the remaining amount must be paid before the jump can take place - usually at the reception on the day of the jump.

  3. When ordering gift cards and print-it-yourself tickets, the full amount is paid at the time of ordering.


3. Payment methods

  1. Dropzone Denmark ApS accepts Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay and cash in DKK.

  2. Bank transfers can be made to Nordea, reg. no. 2206, account no. 6288997436.


4. Purchase of a video/photo package

  1. In the case of an purchase of a video and/or a photo package in relation to a skydiving experience, the customer will receive a link to their stated email address where they can download the material to their own device, when the video/photo has been edited.

    Dropzone Denmark ApS can use services such as WeTransfer to send the e-mail.

  2. The link is valid for 4 weeks from when it is sent. It is the customers responsibility to download the photo/video product before the link expires.

  3. Dropzone Denmark ApS reserves the right to delete all video/photo material 1 year from the customers experience.

  4. In the event that the photo/video product cannot be delivered in satisfactory condition, the customer can claim to have the amount for the photo/video product refunded. The amount for the skydive itself cannot be refunded on this basis.


5. Opening hours

  •  Dropzone Denmark ApS is open during the skydiving season in Denmark, or from the 1st of April to the 31st of October.

  • Normal opening hours (always between sunrise and sunset):

  • These opening hours are subject to change, see an updated calender on the "experienced skydivers" page, scroll to the bottom of the page.

  • The normal opening hours are the basis for when skydiving can be booked. The actual opening hours depend on, among other things of the nature of the jump, the weather, sunrise and sunset and special events.

  • Skydiving from 6 km is only possible during May-September.

  • Dropzone Denmark ApS cannot guarantee opening days outside the skydiving season, i.e. 1 November to 31 March.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a skydive during the skydive season. In the case of a gift card, the customer should be aware of the gift card's expiration date.

6. Postponement of a skydiving experience

  1. Dropzone Denmark ApS reserves the right to postpone skydiving activities if there are technical or safety reasons that would have negative effects on the skydiving experience, including bad weather conditions.

  2. In the event of a postponed skydive, Dropzone Denmark ApS cannot compensate the customer for expenses in connection with transport or the like.

  3. The postponement of a skydive does not extend the validity of a gift card.

  4. Regardless of whether a skydive is postponed by the customer or by Dropzone Denmark ApS, Dropzone Denmark ApS reserves the right to contact the customer per e-mail or SMS in regards to booking a the jump on a new date.


7. The right of cancellation and complaint

  1. According to the applicable rules on consumer purchases over the internet, a purchase can be cancelled by the customer within 14 days from the time of purchase, and receive a full refund. If the experienced has already taken place, the rule does not apply.

  2. If the purchase is cancelled, it must be unequivocally notified to Dropzone Denmark ApS in writing. This could be done via a physical letter or an e-mail.

  3. There is no right of withdrawal for purchases in the physical store.

  4. When purchasing a package solution, such as course incl. jump or several jumps in one purchase, the rest of the package cannot be refunded if part of the package has been used.

  5. There is a 2-year right of complaint on the purchase of physical goods if defected. The complaint must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. Usually within 2 months.

  6. Goods to be returned, sent to or delivered to the following address, within the months of which Dropzone Denmark has planned opening hours:

  7. Dropzone Denmark does not cover expenses in connection with the return of an item.


8. Responsibilities in connection with skydiving

  1. All activities in connection with skydiving are carried out at the customers own risk.

  2. Dropzone Denmark ApS is not liable for any kind of damage that occurs to the customer, or the customers belongings, in connection with a skydive, either physical or psychological.

  3. Before skydiving, the customer is obliged to sign a statement regarding the risks that might be associated with skydiving, and that they are aware that the jump is carried out at the customers own risk.


9. Storage of information

  1. In connection with booking a skydive, the following information must be provided: name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, age, height, weight and if there are any health related issues that might have an effect on the jump.

  2. Information regarding the customers physique and health must be disclosed for security reasons. If the customer does not wish to provide relevant information, Dropzone Denmark ApS is entitled to refuse to carry out the skydive.

  3. The information is recorded and stored for 5 years from the customers last parachute jump, after which it is deleted. Information that is registered digitally is password protected but not encrypted. Information that is registered physically is stored behind lock and key.

  4. The customer has the right, at any time, to be informed of what information has been registered and can object to this in accordance with the Act on the Processing of Personal Data i Danmark.


10. Shipment of physical products

  1. When purchasing products that are to be shipped to the customer, Dropzone Denmark ApS strives to deliver said products within 10 working days from purchase.

  2. Dropzone Denmark ApS cannot be held responsible if the shipping company damages or loses a package.


11. Gift cards

  1. When purchasing a gift card, it is valid for 30 months from the date of purchase. Which means that the skydive must be carried out within the validity period.

  2. The validity of a gift card cannot be extended. This also applies in regards to the postponement of a booked jump. So Dropzone Denmark recommends booking the experience as soon as possible after the gift card has been purchased.

  3. A gift card cannot be exchanged for another product.

  4. Physical and product-specific gift cards cannot be refunded after the 14-day statutory period.
