1. Prices and taxes

All prices are stated in DKK including VAT, except for passenger transport, which is calculated at DKK 275 per person excluding VAT.
For example, a tandem jump with outside video involves 3 persons, meaning DKK 825 of the total price is VAT-exempt.

When booking a skydive, the price is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. If the jump is not completed within this period due to the customer’s own decision, the customer is required to pay any difference in case of a price increase.


2. Payment and Deposit

When booking a skydive, a deposit of DKK 500 must be paid.
The deposit is non-refundable.

The customer may choose to pay the full amount at the time of booking. If only the deposit has been paid, the remaining balance must be settled before the jump can take place – usually at the reception on the day of the jump.

For gift cards and print-at-home tickets, the full amount must be paid upon ordering.


3. Payment Methods

Dropzone Denmark ApS accepts Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, and cash (in DKK).
Bank transfers can be made to: Nordea, Reg. no. 2206, Account no. 6288997436.


4. Purchase of Photo/Video Products

When purchasing a photo or video product in connection with a skydive, the finished product will be delivered to the customer via an email link once editing is complete.

The download link is valid for 4 weeks from the date it is sent. It is the customer’s responsibility to download the product before the link expires.

Dropzone Denmark ApS reserves the right to delete all photo/video material one (1) year after the date of the jump.
Dropzone Denmark ApS may use third-party services such as WeTransfer to send the delivery email.

If the photo/video product cannot be delivered in satisfactory condition, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the photo/video product only. The payment for the skydive itself cannot be refunded on this basis.


5. Opening Hours

Skydiving Center

Dropzone Denmark ApS operates during the skydiving season from April to October.

Normal operating hours (always between sunrise and sunset):

  • April to October: Weekends 08:00–19:00
  • May to August: Thursday–Friday 15:00–19:00, Weekends 08:00–19:00

These normal hours form the basis for when skydives can be booked. Actual hours may vary depending on the type of skydive, weather conditions, sunrise and sunset times, or special events.

Dropzone Denmark ApS cannot guarantee opening days outside the skydiving season (i.e., November 1 to March 31). It is the customer’s responsibility to complete their skydive during the operating season. For gift cards, please be aware of the gift card’s expiration date.

  • April–October: Daily 09:00–15:00
  • November–March: Weekdays 09:00–15:00 (closed on weekends and public holidays)

6. Postponement of your Skydive

Dropzone Denmark ApS reserves the right to postpone a skydive due to technical or safety reasons, including unfavorable weather conditions.

In the event of a postponed jump, Dropzone Denmark ApS cannot reimburse any customer expenses related to transport or similar.
Postponement of a skydive does not extend the validity of a gift card.

Whether the postponement is initiated by the customer or by Dropzone Denmark ApS, the company reserves the right to contact the customer via email or SMS to reschedule the jump.


7. Right of Withdrawal and Complaints

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for online purchases, a purchase can be canceled within 14 days from the date of purchase, and the amount paid will be refunded.
This right does not apply if the product or service has been used.

Cancellations must be clearly communicated to Dropzone Denmark ApS in writing or via email.
Purchases made in the physical store are not eligible for withdrawal.

For package deals (e.g., a course including jumps or multiple jumps purchased together), partial refunds cannot be issued once any part of the package has been used.

There is a 2-year warranty on physical products. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, normally within 2 months.

Returns must be made during Dropzone Denmark’s opening hours.

Return shipping costs are not covered by Dropzone Denmark.

If a customer fails to attend a booked IAD skydive without prior notice, the full amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

If a customer fails to attend a booked course or tandem jump without prior notice, the deposit of DKK 500 will be retained, even if the full amount was paid in advance. For rebooking, a new deposit of DKK 500 must be paid.

No refund will be issued, after completion of a theoretical IAD course (military): but a gift card equal to the remaining balance will be provided.


8. Liability in Connection with Skydiving Activities

All skydiving activities are carried out at the customer’s own risk.

Dropzone Denmark ApS accepts no liability for any injury or damage, whether physical or psychological, sustained by the customer or their belongings in connection with skydiving activities.

Before skydiving, the customer is required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with skydiving and confirming that the jump is undertaken at their own risk.


9. Storage of Personal Information

When booking a skydive, the following information must be provided: name, address, phone number, email address, age, weight, and the disclosure of any injuries or medical conditions that may affect the jump.

Health and physical information is required for safety reasons. If the customer chooses not to disclose relevant information, Dropzone Denmark ApS reserves the right to deny participation.

Information is stored for 5 years from the customer’s most recent jump, after which it is deleted.

Digitally stored data is password-protected but not encrypted. Physical records are kept securely under lock and key.

Customers have the right to access their stored information and may object to the registration in accordance with data protection laws.


11. Shipping

For purchases requiring delivery, Dropzone Denmark ApS aims to deliver the product within 10 business days from the order date.

Dropzone Denmark ApS cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss caused by the shipping carrier.


12. Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for 30 months from the date of purchase, and the skydive must be completed within this validity period.

Gift card validity cannot be extended, even if a jump is postponed.

A gift card cannot be exchanged for another product or service.

Physical and product-specific gift cards cannot be refunded after the statutory 14-day cancellation period.


13. Complaints

A complaint about a product or service may be submitted to:
The Danish Dispute Resolution Center – The Mediation Team for Consumer Complaints
Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, via the official complaint portal (“Klageportalen for Nævnenes Hus”).

The mediation team will attempt to resolve the dispute, and if unsuccessful, the case may be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board (Forbrugerklagenævnet).

As a rule, the product or service in question must have cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000 to be eligible for complaint.

For clothing and footwear, the minimum is DKK 720. These limits may change, and a case processing fee applies.


14. Free T-shirt in Connection with Purchase of Video Package or Other Service

If a free T-shirt is included with your video package or any other purchased service or product, it is your responsibility to collect the T-shirt before leaving the drop zone after your jump.

If you forget to take the T-shirt with you, it can be shipped to you for a shipping fee of DKK 49. Alternatively, you may collect it free of charge at the drop zone.

In the event that your desired size is out of stock, delivery of that specific size cannot be guaranteed. You may choose another size or decline the T-shirt. Failure to receive a T-shirt in the correct size does not entitle you to a discount, compensation, or refund.


15. Marketing Consent

With the customer’s prior consent, photo and video material from activities may be used for marketing purposes, including advertisements, social media, banners, roll-ups, and similar, without time limitation.

Consent may be withdrawn at any time. However, material used in printed advertisements or other physical formats, such as roll-ups, may continue to be used for up to 12 months after withdrawal.

16. Events and Registration

Registration for Dropzone Denmark ApS events via Burble, Facebook, Google Forms, or other registration systems is binding no later than one week before regular events and three weeks before tunnel events.

Failure to cancel before the deadline will result in invoicing of the full amount for the service or direct deduction from the customer’s Burble account.
